What are your office opening hours?

We are open from Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (excl. Bank Holidays).. We can be contacted on 01380 828547 or at sales@walmark.co.uk. Full contact details can be seen here.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods; VISA, Mastercard, VISA Debit, Solo, Maestro UK, VISA Electron and PayPal. In addition to these we also accept payment by bank transfer, cheque or money order.

Where do you deliver to?

As part of our standard service we offer FREE delivery to the UK Mainland (excl. Highlands* and Northern Ireland postcodes) on orders over £25+vat – a handling fee of £5+vat is charged on smaller orders. We can arrange for delivery to other destinations including the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and ROI – please contact our sales team on 01380 828547 for a bespoke quote.

*Our carriers class the following postcodes as the Highlands:

‘Faststock’ carriers: IV1-28, IV40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-3, KW7-14, PH20-26, PH30-41 & PH49-50

‘Furniture Delivery’ and ‘Made-to-order’ carriers: AB, DD, IV, KW, PA20+, PH

Can I collect from you in person?

Yes, of course! There is an option during checkout which will enable you to choose to collect. Shortly after receiving your order we will contact you to advise of when your order will be ready. Collections can be made from our Sells Green warehouse, SN12 6RJ. A map of our location can be viewed here.

When should I expect my delivery?

Estimated delivery times are given In the ‘Specification’ tab for each product. Products labelled ‘Faststock 24’ are generally delivered within 1-2 days of receipt of payment.

All deliveries are made Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm. Other times can be arranged on request and at additional cost.

All deliveries are tracked and will require a signature on receipt. If you are unlikely to be home, please contact us to advise a preferred delivery date or an alternate address – you can also leave a message for us in the ‘Order Comment’ box during checkout.

Are your products guaranteed for a period of time?

We offer a 30 day no quibble guarantee on standard products and a minimum of 12 months warranty on all products from the date of purchase. See here for details.

All dimensions and capacities are given in Metric - what is the Imperial equivalent?

We hope to add a feature which will give instant conversions. However, until this feature can be activated the following can be used as a guide.

1″ = 25.4mm (for example an 1830H x 915W x 457D mm cupboard would be the equivalent of 72″H x 36″W x 18″D)

1lb = 0.454kg (for example a given shelf capacity of 175kg would be the equivalent of 385lb)

Where do I enter my discount code?

If you have a discount or coupon code it can be entered on the ‘Shopping Cart’ screen. Once it is entered and you press ‘Apply Coupon’ it should be automatically applied to your cart (so long as it meets the criteria for the code you are using).
