‘Furniture Delivery’ and ‘Made-to-order’ carriers: AB, DD, IV, KW, PA20+, PH
For ease we have separated our products into 3 categories; ‘Faststock’, ‘Furniture delivery’ and ‘Made-to-order’ – this is stated in the ‘Specification’ tab on the product itself.
For all ‘Faststock 24’ items we aim to have orders received by 12pm despatched on the same day on an overnight service. ‘Faststock 72’ items are despatched within 48-72 hours and generally delivered within 3-5 days.
Stock items that are unsuitable for despatch on an overnight carrier are labelled ‘Furniture delivery’ and will be sent on a furniture service (in most cases this will be a palletised goods carrier) and generally delivered within 3-5 days of receipt of payment. Certain items take a little longer and their estimated delivery times are stated.
‘Made-to-order’ items are literally made-to-order and an estimated delivery time is stated on the product. Wherever possible we will improve on these dependant on manufacturing capacity at the time of order.

Deliveries are made Monday- Friday between 8am and 6pm.
Collections – If you wish to collect your order from our Sells Green address, SN12 6RJ, this can be selected during checkout. We will contact you to advise of the collection date and to arrange a suitable time for your arrival.
Special Delivery Charges
Due to their nature, a small number of items may incur an additional delivery charge. In these circumstances, you will be advised at the time of ordering or when your order is confirmed.
Damages and Short Delivery
Any damage or short delivery must be notified to us within 3 working days and the carriers note should be endorsed accordingly.
